Website and inquiries

This site introduces Syphon's music production and artist development services. Information on this site is general; specific project scope, price, and delivery terms require a separate agreement. You may contact us through the chat widget or email. Please do not submit information you do not have authority to share.

Syphon promotional SMS program

If you affirmatively select the promotional SMS consent checkbox in the Syphon chat widget, Syphon may send marketing messages about our music production and artist development services, including offers and updates, to the mobile number you supplied. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing our services or contacting us. Providing a phone number without selecting the checkbox does not enroll you in promotional texts. This website program does not use this checkbox as consent for appointment reminders or other informational texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider's rates and terms also apply.

Opt out or get help

Reply STOP to a Syphon text at any time to cancel SMS messages. We may send one confirmation text acknowledging your opt-out; after that, no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or email syphon@prodsyphon.com. If you want to rejoin, sign up again using the same opt-in process on this site.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy for details about personal information, mobile numbers, SMS consent records, and your choices. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Availability and changes

We may update the site, services, or these terms. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions still apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
