Syphon provides music production and artist development services. This policy describes how we handle information you share through prodsyphon.com and its LeadConnector chat widget. For questions or privacy requests, email syphon@prodsyphon.com.

Information we collect

If you use the chat widget or email us, we may receive the name, email address, phone number, messages, and other project details you choose to share. The widget records your SMS consent choices when you make them. Our website and service providers may also process basic technical information, such as device/browser details, IP address, and site activity needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use information

We use it to respond to inquiries, discuss services, arrange and support projects and appointments, maintain records of your requests and consent, and operate and secure the website. We send promotional text messages only when you affirmatively opt in through the widget or another valid consent process.

Promotional text messages and your choices

Syphon's website SMS program is for promotional messages about our music production and artist development services. The promotional consent checkbox is optional; a contact inquiry or a provided phone number alone is not consent to marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to host the site, operate the chat and communications system, and support our services. They process information for us under their own security and service terms. We do not sell personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with service providers that support delivery of our messages and customer service is permitted.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, manage consent and opt-outs, comply with applicable obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information by emailing syphon@prodsyphon.com. We may retain information where needed for legal compliance, service records, or to honor an opt-out. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
